Talon from Aviary- Great Screen Capture Tool

In the past, I’ve used the tried and true method of pressing Print Screen and pasting the results into Paint/Gimp/Photoshop when ever I wanted to do a still capture of a website. I recently heard about Talon from Aviary while listening to Amber MacArthur and Leo Laport on the Net@Nite podcast so I thought I’d give it a try. Works like a charm. Just place “http://aviary.com” in front of the URL you want to capture and you’ll get a ton of options to capture, edit and store your screen grabs. Very simple to use and they even have a Talon plugin for Firefox. Below are a couple of screen captures of web intern job posting I plan to pass along to my web design students.
